“Kenar” Black Cotton Sleeveless Button Down Top with Lace

Kenar black cotton sleeveless top with ruffled panels and vertical lace. Elastic armholes, 6 buttons down the front, and ruffled v-neck and hem. The top has some stretch.
Good vintage condition- there are two small white stains (see last photo). One is on the front left side about 7” from the hem and the other is on the back right side a couple of inches from the arm hole.
